I have had too many moments where a client has approach me with "Can you make 'such and such' " and I have a "duh" moment (Oprah has her 'a-ha' moments... I have 'duh' moments... that's why she's a billionaire). I stop and say "why didn't I do that years ago????". Case in point: Prom and Class of albums.
